Our Story

I’m David “Dakota” Moore — a disabled OIF veteran, father of six, and founder of I-70 Smash & Splash.

This project has been over a decade in the making. I started planning it years ago with my best friend, who passed away from cancer. Now I’m carrying that dream forward.

I know how stressful life is — traffic on I-70, endless screens, the daily grind. Families need safe, affordable fun. That’s why I-70 Smash & Splash is designed to be:

• Affordable – sessions starting at $20, not $95.

• Inclusive – wheelchair-friendly layouts, adaptive gear, and service animal accommodations.

• Sustainable – recycling smashables and reusing materials to keep costs low.

• Community-driven – VetTix allocations, fundraisers, workshops, and school days.
