Your Responsibilities

• Wear PPE correctly at all times.

• Follow staff instructions immediately for your safety.

• Respect other participants and staff — no harassment, threats, or unsafe behavior.

• Do not participate if intoxicated. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied entry or removed.

• Touching or abusing staff = immediate removal and possible criminal charges.

• Accept that safety violations = immediate removal without refund.

• Have fun, let loose, and leave tools in the room when done.

Safety & Values

We are a consumption- and alcohol-free environment while on-site. Our priority is the safety of both our guests and our employees. We understand that inebriation — especially from alcohol — can lead to unsafe decisions in an environment involving tools, impact, and movement. That said, we also recognize that cannabis is legal in Colorado and that responsible use in personal time is a choice. We don’t judge what someone does before they arrive — we just ask that every guest and employee be fully functional, alert, and safe to participate when they’re in the building. We support safe, consensual consumption in appropriate settings; it’s simply not permitted on our property for legal and safety reasons. This policy keeps our experiences fun, controlled, and inclusive for everyone — whether you’re smashing, splashing, throwing, or creating.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Bookings more than 2 weeks out: full refund upon request.

• Inside 48 hours of your scheduled time: no refunds (you may reschedule once, subject to availability).

• Special events (e.g., Blackout Night, private buyouts): all sales final.

Q: Do you remove people?

Yes. We have a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe or abusive behavior.
• Guests who are too intoxicated to function will be denied entry or removed.
• Anyone who harasses, threatens, or physically touches staff will be removed immediately.
• Severe cases may involve law enforcement and pressing charges.
• Safety violations = no refunds.
We are a safe space for creativity, stress relief, and fun. Respect for staff and guests is non-negotiable.

Q: What comes with a Splash Session?

Every Splash Session includes paint, a 5x7 canvas, and disposable brushes. You can upgrade to larger canvases or try different paint delivery methods — like Splash Balloons or Splash Blasters — for even more creative chaos.

Q: Is it safe?

Yes. Safety is our first priority. All attractions require protective gear, which we provide. Staff are trained, OSHA-compliant, and present in every attraction area.

Q: What about families with kids?

We are family-friendly! Certain attractions (like pottery, Splash Sessions, and select Haunt experiences) are designed for most ages.

Smash Sessions and Axe Throwing will have minimum age restrictions for safety, and all youth participants must be supervised by adults.

Discretion will always be on the side of safety and positive experiences — our goal is to create great memories, not bad ones.

Q: Can guests participate if they’ve been drinking or are intoxicated?

No. For everyone’s safety, anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate in Smash Sessions, Splash Sessions, Axe Throwing, or the Haunt. Guests who arrive intoxicated will be asked to sit out or reschedule — safety comes first.

Q: Is I-70 Smash & Splash accessible for guests with disabilities?

Yes. We are designing I-70 Smash & Splash to be as inclusive and accessible as possible.

• Wheelchair-friendly layouts in Smash & Splash Rooms.
• Disposable ponchos for wheelchairs in Splash Sessions.
• Adaptive gear options wherever possible.
• Staff assistance when needed, with dignity and respect.

Some activities (like Axe Throwing or certain Haunt paths) may have limitations, but we will always communicate them clearly and provide alternatives.

Q: How long are sessions?

Smash, Splash, and Axe = 10 minutes each; Haunt = 15–20 minutes depending on group speed.

Q: What’s included in a session?

Smash Sessions include breakables and safety gear. Splash Sessions include paint, a 5x7 canvas, and disposable brushes. Axe Sessions include safety gear and throwing items.

Q: What is the Haunt like?

The Haunt is a year-round immersive haunted attraction, designed with theatrical sets and evolving seasonal themes. It’s meant to thrill, so discretion is advised.

Q: Where will you be located?

We’re finalizing a site off I-70 near Denver, Colorado — conveniently located for both locals and visitors. Backers will be updated once the lease or purchase is confirmed.

Q: Will there be food and drinks?

Food and drinks will not be allowed inside attraction areas for safety reasons. We will have a separate concessions area with snacks and beverages.
